      Introduction

      In case you do not want to see certain items, you can hide them from your chart or your entire workbook. This can be helpful, e.g., if you want to hide specific Owners in a field which are not relevant for your analysis.

      The PatentSight BI 2.0 allows you to personalize your analysis by hiding items from charts, from entire workbooks or even for your entire account.

      Note: Hidden items are still part of the analysis, they are just not shown anymore.

      There are two possibiliteis to hide items from your entire workbook. First method is via"Chart Editor" as shown below.

       

      The second method of hiding items from your entire workbook is to use the "Hidden Items Manager" as shown in the following.
